What is 615 EVALS?

615 Evals is a pilot program created by leading travel baseball clubs in Middle Tennessee. It offers affordable, high-quality evaluations for 10U–14U athletes. Evaluations are hosted by participating clubs—but as a parent, you can share your athlete’s results with any club in the program.

Can I create a profile without doing an evaluation?

Yes. You can build your athlete’s profile at no cost—featuring GameChanger stats, highlight videos, and more. Evaluations simply enhance the profile with verified data.

Is this a tryout?

No. These are not tryouts—they’re development-focused evaluations. You’ll receive objective data, feedback from the host club, and a shareable athlete profile. You control who sees it.

Will clubs see my athlete’s results?

Yes. All participating clubs can view shared athlete profiles and evaluation data—so your athlete gets visibility beyond just one organization.

Do I have to attend multiple sessions?

Not at all. One focused evaluation is enough to create a complete profile. You can always add more later, but many families start with just one.

What age groups are eligible?

he program is designed for current 10U to 14U athletes in Middle Tennessee.10U–11U evaluations are held on 70-foot base / 50-foot mound fields.12U–14U athletes are evaluated on full-size fields.

How much does it cost?

2-hour small group evaluation: $199 per athlete30-minute pitching evaluation: $74
Athletes who are current members of a participating club may be eligible for discounts when registering with their home club.
